Fee Structure

Weddings:

My fees include:

  • unlimited meetings, email access, website access and a rehearsal to ensure that you have as much assistance as you need to guarantee that your ceremony is everything you would wish it to be
  • A login and password for the Client area on my website. In here you will find lots of information, sample ceremonies, poems, readings, forms and a 27 page free Wedding Planner! These are just to give you inspiration though!
  • A personally designed ceremony. We can add any readings, poems or symbolic gestures that you would like included in your ceremony.
  • Travel within a reasonable distance.* I use a modern portable wireless PA system.
  • I work with all aspects of the ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly, and do whatever I can to assist you in creating the perfect wedding!
  • All legal documents completed and lodged with the relevant authorities.
  • Professionally printed marriage certificate for you to keep, as well as a printed copy of your ceremony, and a copy on disc

My all inclusive fee for this level of service does depend on the location but is usually $550. A deposit of $100 confirms your booking and is non refundable. The remainder is due 14 days prior to your ceremony. Payments may be made by cash or bank transfer

Other ceremonies Baby naming/Renewal of Vows/Commitment Ceremonies etc):

  • As above, but generally there are no rehearsals
  • My all inclusive fee for this service also depends on location, but is approximately $250. Once again, a deposit of $100 confirms your booking and is non refundable. The remainder is due 14 days prior to your ceremony. Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque

Please note:

There are no set fees for civil ceremonies. There can be a huge variation on the fees charged by some celebrants, some may be less, and some celebrants charge a lot more than I do. A cheaper ceremony may not always be value for money, as it may reflect the amount of time and effort put in by your celebrant. I feel that my fees represent value for money, considering the amount of time I will spend on working together with you making sure your ceremony is unique and designed specifically for you. I plan each ceremony individually, developing it to your needs. You are most welcome to write your own (with my assistance naturally), and I can help you select readings and symbolic rituals to personalise it. As with everything I do, I will ensure that the ceremony is personal, of high quality, and delivered with reverence and style.

Additional charges apply for other special requirements, as agreed such as translators, special themes etc.

PLEASE NOTE: My quoted fee for all ceremonies is regardless of the day of the week, or time of the day.
