Fee Structure

Weddings:

  • A meeting in person plus an unlimited number of emails and phone consultations to ensure that you have as much assistance as you need to guarantee that your ceremony is everything you would wish it to be

  • A unique and fully personalised ceremony based on your needs

  • Supply of a full ceremony run-sheet

  • Travel up to 50 km round trip between my home in Springfield to the ceremony  venue    (See below for details of excess travel charges)

  • Rehearsal if required

  • Performing of the ceremony according to mutually agreed plans

  • Souvenir copy of the text of the ceremony in print and on CD-ROM

My all inclusive fee for this level of service is $450.  A deposit of $100 confirms your booking and is non refundable.  The remainder is due 14 days prior to your ceremony.  Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque
Other ceremonies:

  • As above, but generally there are no rehearsals and less paperwork and planning

Please note:
There are no set fees for civil ceremonies. There can be a huge variation on the fees charged by some celebrants, some may be less, and some celebrants charge a lot more than I do.

A cheaper ceremony may not always be value for money, as it may reflect the amount of time and effort put in by your celebrant. I feel that my fees represent value for money, considering the amount of time I will spend on working together with you making sure your ceremony is unique and designed specifically for you. I plan each ceremony individually, developing it to your needs. You are most welcome to write your own (with my assistance naturally), and I can help you select readings and symbolic rituals to personalise it. As with everything I do, I will ensure that the ceremony is personal, of high quality, and delivered with reverence and style.

Additional charges apply for:

  • Excess travel ($25 for 50-100 km round trip; $1 km for each km over 100 km) This fee covers both travelling and time costs)

  • Other special requirements, as agreed.

PLEASE NOTE: My quoted fee for all ceremonies is regardless of the day of the week, or time of the day. No surcharges for public holidays or unusual hours.
